Kahlua Coffee Caramel Crunch Belgian Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies

This Kahlua Coffee Caramel Crunch Belgian Dark Choc Fudge Brownie is inspired by the Espresso Martini cocktail, and our love for coffee, chocolate, and booze.
 
A match made in heaven, the dark chocolate, Kahlua (coffee liqueur), and coffee marry beautifully in this silky smooth brownie. To amplify the flavours, we added a pinch of extra dark cocoa into the mix.
 
Finally, for that cherry on top, we top it all off with our housemade Caramelised White Chocolate Crunch for textural contrast and a light touch of toffee flavours. For sea salt lovers, add on a Sea Salt Flakes topping for a sweet-salty treat you won't be able to resist.
 
Texture wise, expect a rich, silky, and almost truffle-like texture, similar to the Baileys Coffee brownies we absolutely adore.
